XII International Telecommunication IT Forum BOSS’ 2011  – is the most important and large-scale event of the telecommunication field devoted to the issues of implementation and operation of modern billing, OSS systems, customer service technologies, management of telecom operators’ service and network infrastructure and companies with its own corporate network.
